Please note, as each product is custom hand printed. Allow up to 5 days for your order to be produced and shipped. This may change during very busy periods within in the year (Black Friday, Christmas etc)

If it has been over 5 days since your order placement and you have not received an update via email, please contact us at sales@wearwolf.online. We will not be liable for any miscommunication given through anything other than sales@wearwolf.online

 

Please use the below for any product or returns queries

At Wearwolf Apparel Limited, each product is custom hand-printed to order. 

Because of this we can only accept returns if product is faulty by the below means: 

  • The print is defective
  • The item has been damaged in transit
  • Severe damage to threads (Before use)

We are unable to offer returns if: 

  • The wrong size has been ordered 
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Washing instructions have not been followed
  • Any Animal or Human hair is present
  • The item is damaged by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please reference your order number along with clear images of the issue. 

Any return will be inspected before any refund or credit note is issued.
